IPGA offers a “Money Back Guarantee” if you do not pass the exam. The Money Back Guarantee is based on following the Recommended Study Plan. The Recommended Study Plan is designed to prepare you for the exam by following a proven method of study. The Recommended Study Plan will walk you through the material six times and test you over the material seven times over eighty-eight (88) days of study.
We believe that the best preparation will take you eighty-eight (88) days involved in study activity, spending 1 to 3 hours each day:
Some days will require you to spend 2 to 3 hours taking a Simulated Exam.
Some days will require you to spend 1 to 2 hours scanning a chapter and taking a Chapter Test.
Some days will require you to spend 2 to 3 hours reading a chapter and taking a Chapter Test.
Some days will require you to spend 2 to 3 hours watching video.
If you qualify for the Money Back Guarantee, IPGA will refund the amount you paid (for the study guide, the workshop video, the online testing program, sales tax, and shipping). No Pass....No Pay!
To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee you will need to:
- Be the original purchaser of the IPGA material
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide IPGA with proof of failing the NCE Exam
- Have spent at least eighty-eight (88) study days working through the material as per the Recommended Study Plan. Working through the study guide six (6) times, taking all seventy-eight (78) chapters tests, taking seven (7) full exams, and watching the Workshop Video after taking your first Full Exam in Simulated Mode
- Have taken no more than five (5) calendar days between any two study activities
- Have attempted your NCE Exam within one hundred and eighty (180) days of purchase
- Have purchased after February 8, 2007
